Very resourceful, creative, and inventive. He must have been a mechanical engineer in a previous life. I've been on many youtube channels on fabrication and I've never seen so many watching them as I've seen on this one.
“The decline of handicrafts in modern times is perhaps one of the causes for the rise of frustration” ― Eric Hoffer, The True Believer: Thoughts on the Nature of Mass Movements Hoffer explains why this channel is so popular, People are just dying to create something from scratch and if this not possible then the next best thing is to watch someone else create something from scratch. I'll never have the need for a rotary positioner table but nonetheless I have to admit that I find these videos are satisfying to watch.
You have some serious talent. Have you ever thought about adding narration to your videos? The control system for the table is a project all by itself, it would be great to learn how to make it.
That is awesome. What a great build! Looks like it could do with an extra 4:1 reduction perhaps. It doesn't appear to turn slowly enough for tig work and the like. Still superb.
Responsibility of respectable work is not always about remarkable modernization. Now and then it is only about doing rather with pure commitment. Well done team… Requesting you to work on agricultural equipment.. Thanks for great video

I would love to have you teach some welding technique. The projects are great too, but every time I watch one I want to be able to do welds like yours.
My name is greg. Fall City Wa. USA. I really love your work. So creative and oh yeah EXTREAM. Thank you unknown guy for inspiration to make things way over the top bad a##. You have my vote for INVENTER OF THE YEAR. G
Your ideas are wonderfully imaginative. I see at 5:05 the ground clamp is attached to the main frame during that particular welding operation. That hookup takes the welding current thru the ball bearings, and sparking on the ball surfaces as it goes. Is that ok, or am I missing something? I noticed when you weld you leave your arms uncovered. I get welder-flash really bad when I do that.
He didn't' paint it his green because he knew the welding splatter would mess up the paint and he couldn't stand the thought of an imperfect green tool! ;-D In all seriousness, he is my new inspiration- if he had less videos I could spend more time building his creations instead of watching his videos!
Amazing job but just one advice ... the rotary position need turn reverse if you use the right hand (start push in the right to the left) bicouse in the mig weld you have to push for weld ... have a good day mate
what saw do you use along with blade and where did you get the motor and gear reducer for this? any chance of a plan with a materials list down to the controller?
"...and on the fourth day, god created the MIG welder." Mate, your welding is world-class; I am jealous of your skill. But would you please accept a comment from an old man who has lived in very sunny places, and who has also done a fair bit of welding? PLEASE cover your arms as well as your hands and face when welding. I know that welding is an uncomfortable business, especially when the temperature and humidity is high, but the level of ultra-violet radiation from welding arcs is extremely high, and can cause "sunburn" rapidly. That "sunburn" damages skin severely, and over time can cause all sorts of nasty skin cancers, ranging from solar keratoses (sun-damaged skin) to basal cell and squamous cell carcinomas, all the way up to melanomas. None of these things are good to have, but ALL of them, and melanoma in particular, will end your brilliant career long before it should end, in extreme pain. And you don't have to be an old bastard like me to contract those things. They happen to young blokes like you far too often. PS I'm not a safety nazi; I just want to see lots more of your videos.
yeah, somethings' going on. One might suspect he's turning into a machinist, what with cleaning the parts in between steps and drilling from both sides ;-)
Better to use a "wiper" ground on the shaft right below the table than going thru the motor. Arcs from the welding will fry the motor windings quickly! Look at any squirrel cage fan and you'll see that the motor is grounded to the fan body to prevent arcing across the bearings. "Floating grounds" cause more problems than most people realize.
i want yo thanks you for show us your ability and creativity, because what yo do Is to help Many people yo work , and get a Netter way oficina ligero, trully thanks a lot
I never get tired of these. Totally mesmerizing. Extremely well filmed and edited as well as an amazing project.
Thank you! :)

I love the way your cutting tools just chew through thick steel like its wood.
Sped-up footage can do amazing things. :)
I have one of those. They do cut extremely well, but the shavings/curlings, whatever you want to call them are VICIOUS. Not for the home garage shop.
Great build and design. And light weight enough to move around as needed! Thumbs up
Thank you! :)
Very good! Tip: make some mechanical stops for the padels...keeps your foot pedal switches from breaking over time.

Every Build you do makes me feel more Inadequate then I felt before ... Another Awesome and Useful Build...

Thank you! :)
Good job ,your welding is beautiful!!BRAVISSIMO!!!!!
Thank you! :)
Brilliant! I would still love to see a build video on that robot
marvelous creation by self
Blue looks awesome, I find green reminds me of Matthias Wandel :)

amazing ur getting even better each time
Thank you! :)
your a true TALENTED and creative, thanks for this video,
this is the coolest channel
WOW Thank you! :)
hi do you have plans for some of these projects as they would make it handy when making some of your handy tools ?
Nice done bro!
Thank you brother!
So how did you isolate the table for electrolytic erosion? Electrical current trough the bearings and gears undermines the hardening.
awesome video, just a tip to save some time and money if you leave a little gap on your welds you wont need to spend a lot of time grinding them flush
Amazing job but just one advice ... the rotary position need turn reverse if you use the right hand (start push in the right to the left) bicouse in the mig weld you have to push for weld ... have a good day mate
once again a fantastic build
thanks keep them coming
Thank you! :)
Man! I really like your innovation and fab work! So cool. Thanks for posting this.
coolest thing I have ever seen. makes me want one. awesome work.
Thank you very much! :)

Greg Brodie-Tyrrell : Well said. I hope the channel authors read it, and heed the advice, if only to set a good example for their viewers.
Μπράβο Μάστορα !! Μας Συνήθισες Στο Πράσινο Χρώμα !!
Ευχαριστώ φίλε! Είπα να δοκιμάσω καμία αλλαγή. :)

Thank you! :)
Sei veramente molto bravo.... Complimenti
awesome build
Thanks! :)
This time blue!!! I love it...also if I was addcted for the green!
And also this time....YOU ROCK THE WORLD!!!
yeah, somethings' going on. One might suspect he's turning into a machinist, what with cleaning the parts in between steps and drilling from both sides ;-)
Thank you very much man! :)
And what is that table for? Thank you for your videos. They are very inspiring. Regards from Argentina
Great tool. Love this build.
Thank you! :)
How is the table grounded for welding, does the ground run through the motor?

What are those angled panels on the side with holes in them for?
How is this guy so good at welding
Very cool! I’d like to ask: what are the angled side plates for with all of the holes in them?
What a great project! Love the great ideas and the videos! Keep up the intensity!!
Thank you very much!
what are the saw blades and hole saws you use? Can you give link or proper name please?
Do you guys own a scrapyard because that would explain a lot. Great build as usual!
i want yo thanks you for show us your ability and creativity, because what yo do Is to help Many people yo work , and get a Netter way oficina ligero, trully thanks a lot
The motor used to rotate the face plate. is Dc or 3 phase AC. and what is the rating. How did u ensure motor isolation from welding circuit?
Awesome build! great work!
Thank you! :)
I love this channel. Great builds.
Thank you! :)
Чёт я пропустил а каким местом "масса" подходит???

This was a great project, thanks for the ideas
Very well done.
Thank you!
another awesome build
Thank you! :)
He certainly does a lot of MIG. That's one heavy looking table. Where does he store all these creations?
brilliant work fellas
Thank you! :)
You should put an old drill on the end of that angle adjustment ting so you can screw it in or out faster and easier.
amazing build, and well documented.
Thank you! :)
Excellent video, please could you tell me the brand \ model \ size \ value of this cutting disc for steel you use? Thank you.
Nice concept!
Thank you! :)
I wonder where r u able to have that amount of thick steel and how much does it cost you..
You make welding look so easy. What kind of welding machine do you have?
Thank you! :) Is Mig..
Nice job, just like the rest of your videos.
