Is your base controller the 4in1 version or the ELRS version? I'm trying to figure out what version of the radio I need for approximately 30 RC cars with varying receivers but also want long range with telemetry. I was looking at the ELRS version but not sure it does other receivers than RadioMaster.

I’ve the 4in1. Both are interchangeable. So you can add the ELRS function at a later stage. Not had any issues with range so far. But then. I don’t use this for my speed runners. For those I have the Radiolink with the booster.
For all my other cars, around 38, I use the MT12. Hope that helps.

@@adriannorgate9577 Just bear this in mind. Not all receivers are covered yet. The tea are working on adding others. The only one I had issues with was the newer Traxxas receivers. Again the team are aware and working on it,
I understand that all receivers may not be covered. I mostly use radiolink, spectrum, hobbyporter and flysky receivers. Not sure about the RTR ones I have. One last question, if I bind all receivers to this radio does it break the bind with the original ones? Sometimes I like to loan to friends and they would use the originals.
@@adriannorgate9577 I think you are okay with what you have. Apart from the HobbyPorter. Not sure about that one but the others should be fine. And no the original bind is still in place with the original transmitter.
Great video! Bound all right but ch 1 is not working. Th runs fine on ch 2 but no steering when servo is in ch 1. If I switch cables, I can control servo with the 🤔🤔
Hey, yeah, Radiomaster is set the other way. 1 to burn and 2 to turn. But all I did was set up one profile, switch them round, and save that as a template. I then use this template for any new cars I bind. Let me know if you need me to do a quick video to show you how to do that. Thanks
@@Soney_Manic Cheers, thanks! Yeah, I found and changed the default to 1 servo and 2 throttle but still the same issue, only one channel works at the time... Will have a further look and let you know :)
what version did you get of the mt12? the 4 in 1 (R85C) or ELRS?
edit: same question in comment below. it's clear. i am getting one. have about 25 vehicles all on the flysky. this is next
Hey, sorry I didn't reply. For some reason, I seem to get intermittent notifications. I went for the 4 in 1. You can always add the ELRS later of need be.
