Hello sister, I had Lipo and AbEx surgery 5 weeks ago. I still have quite a bit of swelling but I’m told that is normal. I’m going to start the massages in a couple of weeks. What I will share with you is to walk for 10 to 15 every hour when you get home. It is crucial that you move everyday to prevent blood clots after surgery. Wishing you the best!

Hi! I noticed in your previous video you were using pecan and pumpkin oil to help tighten tummy skin. This video your stomach looks dramatically different... a whole lot tighter! Do you think it's just from the oils or a combination of other treatments? Thanks! You look amazing, btw! 💪💪💪
Ive been using the same combo of oils since I had my surgery. I took those oils and created my proprietary blend (which consists of those same oils) that I use daily and it has helped with tightening my skin. I can also contribute the tightening to diet and exercise also. Thank you for the positive feedback!

Thanks for posting. Did you have to have drainage tubes? 20 years ? had breast implants and I was in SO much pain I don't want to relive that again. Is this procedure that painful? Were you bedridden after the procedure?
Hello, thank you for watching! No drainage tubes, very minimal downtime and pain. Overall, pretty positive experience, I’m happy with my decision. Thank you again 😘🥰
@@robedwards6926 the procedure itself was not painful because they numb you. And the recovery was manageable. I would say the first 24hrs was the worst, then after that it was okay. I only had to take pain meds for a couple days. I was an Ambassador when I made these videos, 2yrs ago. In my upcoming videos my focus will be on fitness, health and wellness, not the procedure or Sonobello.

My scarring is a combination of my caesarean scar and scaring from the Sono Bello procedure. It is surgery, they surgically removed the hanging skin from my stomach.

I started walking about 3-4 days walking and started back to full workouts approximately a week after, low impact exercises.
