I like the content so far. I've subscribed. I enjoy the fact that you're shamelessly using CNC, 3D printers, and high end tools. I have also invested in CNC and high end tools because I'm I woodworking and making for the long haul. I like that you are not trying to cater to the masses and people who will complain about how much you have invested in your tools. Ignore the noise and keep doing what you're doing!
A few weeks back, I was excited to watch to learn about your french cleat ideas but never really paid attention to the Shaper tool system. Long story longer.. I'm looking at their offerings now and see how versatile their platform is vs all of my other tools AND a ton of time savings. This just might be a great birthday present to me!!! Congratulations on the channel growth! Your creative, well thought out designs are certainly setting you apart from many many other woodworkers.
Thanks for the kind words. Shaper Origin is a great tool, not without its quirks and def not suited to production runs of parts 😅. However for small batch work or one off tricky jobs it is perfect. Good luck with it. Will be more SO content in the future no doubt.
Great video, i made the drill rack and tolerances etc is on point! I can only agree with you that a lot of cleat projects are very "bulky" appreciate your approach to this and my cleat wall is 90% HSW!
Thanks for the video - really like the design of some of these. Don't suppose you'd be willing to share the fusion 360 designs - just would likely be easier to make modifications to fit my French cleat wall and material (for the most part I can only get 12 or 18mm ply - not 15) if I had that instead of trying to import the svgs and get all the scaling perfect (although your hint on fixing the scaling in the video was super useful). Already manually made variants of (most of) the more basic ones from your previous video to fit my wall and have built a number of things based on the concept - but these are a bit more involved and would require more substantial work to modify. Liked your presentation style as well - doing quite good quality explanations for such a new channel.

Big thanks. Agree big investment but this has gone a LONG way beyond a simple hobby! Just working on a guide to 3D printing for the workshop!

@@HSWBuilds looking forward to that content. I'm already looking into their tutorials and learning sessions. You may have created my next addiction!
Definitely would like to see some 3d printing
Coming up next
My 3D printing video is now live!
Great video! I think this video would also do very well as a series of shorts. Excited to see the projects and stories to come!
That's a great idea! Haven’t done much with shorts but might try. Thanks for having a look 🙏🏻
Great tips and ideas thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
Really like that saw solution.
Yeah was super pleased with how it turned out.
French cleats AND 3D-printing? Love it! Great job!
Yeah definitely extends the possibilities!
Nice video!
Thanks that was quick I accidentally published a few mins too soon as didn't have shaper projects live, they are now!

Thank you for sharing this! Really a great group of Shaper projects and a tremendous amount of work on your part!
Yup, now going to get some sleep 😵

Hey yeah sure I can share my fusion files. DM me on insta (@hswbuilds) and I can get you what you need.
What is the size and spacing of your wall strips? I’m looking at re-doing my cleat wall at 2” wide spaced 2” apart.

What kind of router do you have with the screen on it?
This is a Shaper Origin handheld CNC router. No space right now in my shop for CNC bed so this is the best option. However only 2D tool paths.
