Really gorgeous house, I love houses that are all new! I got my first house through shared ownership and went to full ownership a few years ago. You both are much younger than I was so well done for getting ahead and you'll have no probs getting your mortgage paid off early too! 😃
Are you allowed to plant a tree at the end of your garden? (I know rules are stricter with shared owbership) just think it would really help with how overlooked the garden is and ass some nice greenery.

Thank you so much! I don’t know the exact size but it’s a decent size, it’s big enough for a garden dinning set, a shed and a raised flower bed and we still have so much grass and patio area💖

How are you going to fit a dining table in your lounge, it's rather small. Do houses not have kitchen/diners any more?
Thank you for your concern, however, if you watch my video ‘Furnished House Tour’ you will see that we have fit a dining table in the lounge as the lounge is a lounge/diner with no problem whatsoever and we still have loads of room. I’m not sure what part of the world you’re in but in England you will find it very common for a 2 bed new build house to have a lounge/diner rather than a kitchen/diner xx
