The 'A-Frame' setup .. was, is and always will be, simplicity at it's best.
A low profile setup in hot direct sunshine .. that canvas in close proximity to flesh gets to be 'baking hot'. I can attest to this .. personal experience in hot Southern African Summers 😓. Winter Sunshine, an advantage sometimes.
'Oopsies' .. if it doesn't pay rent, then it must 'Out' 😁.

Nice camp set up. In the warm season, the NVA combat backpack is always sufficient.
The backpack is really very small, but some of the equipment can also be carried on a man.😎😎

if you are taller then the Romanian variant is 5cm longer,. They are not as well made though. they currently have them at military mart.
