Do you ever spray to outside of your Basha tarps with anything like silicone. Or would that damage the rip stop nylon? And are the ponchos made of the same material as the tarps?

Great Video Mucka and my late pops was from the Valleys and I spent my childhood in Wales every single holiday and truth be told my heart still belongs there evon now ime in Derbyshire 🥰 Love your content Brother and I've watched for ages but due to health reasons I kept myself in the shadows but I've found my big boy pants now and therefore ime getting to know the community 😉 Huge respect ref doing the courses etc to pass on any knowledge as I've taught my babs loads since I left the military and she is a confident bushcrafter now so keep doing what you are doing my friend and you are always welcome at my permission 🙏 P.S you can never know too much and what you do know must be tested out in the field on a regular basis etc 😉

My kit is prepared with the thought that I might be outside permanently, (homeless for example), and so has longevity and resilience in mind. As such my main firelighting kit is flint and steel. Mine is in a larger tin which also contains a smaller tin of charcloth. It also has a fero rod and one handed striker in. So, mostly trying to use the flint and steel, but if for a time there is no flint available, a very tiny one handed striker provides the spark. As back up there's always the fero rod but as you know, it doesn't last forever. Try to not rush when you're striking the flint. Slower, not so hard, more measured. Glad you enjoyed the course.

You just need a website buddy. Not £228. I'm thinking more £75 for 18 hours that's 6pm to 12pm next day £90 you give them a MRE. Then £30 for 4 hours day course maximum of 6 people. And we teach stealth camping under a tarp no tents. If it takes off I'm moving to Wales become one of your teachers. I'm fully trained in first aid from when I own a paintball site.
