Here is the all new fob for the 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. It shares the same shell as many Nissan fobs but the opening process is a tad different. Take you small screwdriver and insert it in the area I've shown in the video. Gently pry the two halves apart. You now have access to your dead or weak 2032 battery. Replace with the same orientation and you're all set!

On another note. Can anybody direct me to a website where I can buy protective covers for this particular style of key fob please. I've searched so many places and they all fit every other style but these :( I've got another person on a mitsubishi outlander site who's been also looking for one. He's been looking for a year now and can't find anything. HELP!! LOL😁

I cant find anything either!!! I think some 2022 outlanders made for countries other than North America use the old rectangular key fob and North American outlanders use this one.. it’s hard to find one

@@Mowopo Yea, I even put the same question on another mitsubishi group on fb and one guy answered saying the same thing how he can't find one that fits. He's been looking for a year. He got told a Toyota one (I think it was) would fit but it doesn't :(
