College just started up again and my laptop crapped out on me over the summer, could really use an overall upgrade! Love the videos and the work you put into all of them!
I have that backpack! Just bought one for me and for my wife. We are teachers and we always need a solid daily backpack to carry our every day needs between home and the classroom. Was gonna buy an Aer backpack that was $100+ but saw this one available in some cool colors and grabbed it. That backpack is SOLID and well made… carry’s my MacBook, iPad Pro, battery packs, cable bag and anything else I need on the daily. LOVE all the storage and pockets!
My children inspired me to go back to school after putting it off for twenty years to ensure they get the best education possible, I would not mind saving a few bucks while paying for my own education, if I do not get the bag no hard feeling I really like watching your videos all the time.
As much I I still think the MacBook Air is the best student laptop, gotta say solid choice there with the 1st laptop. Had a similar spec laptop for 5 years prior and it was great for just taking notes and completing work.
MacBook is no good for a lot of STEM majors just due to a lack of certain programs. This was fine back when they used intel as you could bootcamp windows. But overall yeah it's the best for anyone else.

Good video. I would also consider the Soundcore Anker life earbuds option and the Ugreen for charger and cables. Both are great brands at a very decent prices.

For the laptops (windows) it would be great if you had looked into whether they are upgradeable or if the RAM and storage are soldered. That can be a huge feature for a budget laptop.
I know at the low end, most won't be upgradeable, but some of them are and you can really save some money by adding in more RAM and a bigger nvme since they can really hit you with pretty big "upgrade fees" if you try to buy the config you actually need, especially at a time when RAM and storage are pretty cheap.

Moms has been in analysis paralysis for a laptop for about a year after being disappointed with her current one when she tried to do more than basic browsing with it. It's slow at that too . The 2n1 sounds perfect for her needs.

Starting my second year in my mechanical engineering degree. The laptop I have right now currently has integrated graphics and I need a laptop with a gpu in order to be able to run solid works for my classes. Yeah man I need to get myself a gaming laptop like that.

On my end, as a graduate student in a PR program, I often find myself working away from home. Carrying a wired mouse around is quite inconvenient. A wireless mouse would not only be convenient for my studies, but also for leisure activities like gaming with my son, especially when we play Minecraft on the go. The laptop would serve my wife's needs too, helping her with budgeting, organization, and other tasks. That wireless mouse would be a versatile tool for my work, studies, and recreational activities.

Gaming products for back to school??? The last thing I think about when I go to class is having a gaming laptop or even headphones. I was waiting for you to bring up tablets. Students in university use tablets a lot for note taking. You could have talked about the different tablets available and about the pencils that these tablets use.
I would get this for my son who just started college for Computer Science. He is focus is Data Science and I know winning would motivate him even more.

I would definitely use the extra storage for all of my lesson plans I’ve accumulated over the years, definitely don’t want to lose those lol; the Bluetooth speaker would be nice as well, I tend to play quite of bit of lofi music during in-class work time for the students and playing straight from my laptop isn’t the really best
Dont forget for those who are not Apple users, If they are a Samsung user they can user Samsungs Smarttag's and if they are any user they can always use a tile or Eufy tracker.
