Defense forces of Ukraine struck a Russian invaders' training ground in temporarily occupied Luhansk .
According to the Russian Telegram channel "Spy Dossier", which is linked to the special services, the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck a rear training ground on Saturday, July 27. Servicemen from the 228th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 90th Tank Division of the Russian Armed Forces were stationed there.
"The servicemen were conducting a formation before being sent to reinforce the forward positions of the 228th motorized rifle regiment in the area of the settlement of Kamen. The strike was carried out using ATACMS-type ballistic missiles," the channel writes. According to the channel's authors, as of Saturday evening, Russian losses amounted to: 19 - dead; 71 - wounded.
Ukrainian troops usually only use the ATACMS missiles, which come from American stocks, against high-value targets. It is possible that the cluster of troops near Luhansk had previously been detected by a reconnaissance drone.

Why a Ukrainian military officer is commenting on Russian army problems? Is he trying to help them correct those problems? He should stop it, it's stupid. It's been said before, "Do not interrupt your enemy when it's making a mistake".
Welcome to the 24/7 news-cycle, gotta say something for the cameras, besides, it doesn't really matter. Napoleon, was correct about "interrupting your enemy", eg. when paddling a kayak, you can almost make an immediate left or right course change. If your Norwegian cruise line, 'Icon of the Sea', it's 1200 feet long and 250,000 gross tons, turning left or right is a little more challenging. The Ukrainian army has been training since 2014 in "combined arms" techniques with NATO, for 10 years, they still have not mastered this. You would need a complete seed change, and mindset of Russian society, and that's a Huge ask. To state the obvious, corruption is rampant, from Putin (the Don) all the way down to literally the footsoldier, and as if on queue, yesterday, 2 generals were arrested for corruption, kinda of funny, because it's built into "the system" and that's how they get rid of generals etc. Bottom line, Russia has so many issues, problems and this is just one of them, even if somebody held the Russians 'hand', it would be decades before fundamental changes would start to bare... fruit
