City of Villains The Lab of Doctor Vahzilok Act 2

The 2nd half of the Lab of Doctor Vahzilok storyline. The contact for the arc is Doc Buzzsaw who can only be obtained if you are level 30, a rogue or a villain who has the first Money Badge. Also this can award the bonus badge Tarnished Star to your character if you have completed the following criteria:
1. Admiral Sutter Task Force
2. Ernesto Hess Task Force
3. Stephanie Peebles story arc "Ring of Peebles" level 25-29 story#3.01
4. Moonfire TF
5. Graham Easton's story arc "Last Rites"
(NOTE: YOU MUST SPARE HIS LIFE, NOT DEFEAT HIM) level 20-24 story#22.02
(relax you can run the arc again and defeat him also, or defeat him then run it again and spare him)
6. All 4 Faultine story arcs
7. "The Superadine Ring" level 15-19 story#24.01
8. "Lords of Death" level 15-19 story#24.02
9. "Heart of the Hollows" level 10-14 story#2.04
10. Complete the Synapse Taskforce
11. Complete Positron 1 and 2 Taskforces
12. "Freaklympics" level 25-29 story# 0.20
If you have done all the above, then all the jail cells will be full in the last mission, if even one isn't then you do not qualify for the Tarnished Star badge.
IF you qualify, you then get to fight Manticore in the last mission for the badge. Completing the arc awards the Patient Zero badge.
