I absolutely love these things. They save so much frustration from having the chain come unhooked after you have climbed back on the tractor only to find you are only dragging a log chain. 2 thumbs up on this product Ken. I am also a big fan of your bolt on hooks which I proudly display (and use) on my Kubota L2501. I show them off in several of my videos.
New subscriber Ken. I have these on 3 of my chains and will be getting them for every chain that I own. They work extremely well and sure beat having to climb on and off the tractor to rehook. I did a couple videos of what I consider to be "best buys" and I feature these hooks on those videos. These certainly qualify as a Best Buy. Thanks Ken
Ken, installed my Bolt On Hooks today on my Kubota bucket. Went on nicely. Did have to file on hole a bit on the second one but no big deal. Thanks for the kit and well written guide to install. Question, 7/16 chain link max?
Terry, we have Kubota video you could have replied to, thanks for the compliments on the hooks. Not exactly sure what your question means, but the hooks are 5/16" grab hooks, so they are rated for use with 5/16" chain, although they will hold 1/4" and 3/8" chain as well. Is there enough clearance to use this hook with your bucket mounted bolt on Clevis mount hardware?
Only the 3/8" Twist Lock SLIP hook will fit onto one of our BOCM's.
