Ok, can you tell me about dental hygienists in Gemany? What should i do if i want to go here from another EU country, is there any profession regulation, language exams? What tasks do dental hygienists in Germany? Do they do assisting tasks as a dental nurse too? Thank you.

Hi..Yeah..it's fairly important information. But I think as a dentist assistant salary in Canada much more than Germany....what do you think about it?

Well on one hand it is very hard to get the dental licence in Canada. You need to go to Dental School for 2 more years, pay 80k dollar for that and pass hard exams. On the other hand it’s not a great place for dentists. You earn around 700K - but it you don’t have wealth from your family, there will not be left much, Canada is a rich country people have a lot of wealth there. A normal house costs 1 Million Dollars and that is not a European house of good quality. The tuition fee only for university costs 200K dollars per Kid. Kindergarden and private schools are expensive as well. Your legal insurance (dentists can get sued high amounts) minimize your income as well. Also health insurance is very expensive. If you don’t want to have kids and a family, it’s a great place. But if you do, at the end not much will be left of your income. I know a dentist that is Canadian and works in France now- she earns less- but at the end she has a lot more money - education for children is for free, social state covers for all eventualities, no expensive insurances needed, a lot of safety, and properties are cheap, for one million you can get a house at Sea Front in Cote d‘Azur. So don’t Look only on salaries. Check also the living costs and costs for education of children, and specifically the satisfaction of dentists in the specific countries.. if you need to meet your patients 4-5 times a year in court - it’s not a pleasant work.. kind regards :)

And about dental assistants.. it’s the Same.. you pay 600 Dollars health insurance, you pay legal insurance, and social insurance.. you need to pay your rent- and you won’t have money to pay for private schools or tuition fees of your children. So for you maybe you have at the end a view more Dollars on the bank account. But you need that money for all eventualities in a brutal system. And for your children no one will help them pay for a good education. In Europe education is for free in most countries, like Germany. Thats a huge benefit..
