I enjoy watching Shark Tank AUS on TH-cam because when someone gets a deal everyone gets up to congratulate the contestant. In the US only the deal maker gets up which I can understand to a point but it just doesn't feel as warm and empathetic. I understand why they call it Shark Tank but Australia seems to do it far better.

Steve is one of my absolute top favorite people on the planet. He has a good heart and he has this intrinsic sense of justice that really shows. It’s clear he is not just making savvy business decisions, but also advocates for what is best for the entrepreneurs. I’d want him on my side any day.

Such passion he probably don't care if he gets $$ he wants to make a contribution go humanity even if I never use it I hope they have the most success of all the successes that could be successed

I love that they don't make contingent offers on this show that person will throw out all other offers to even hear their offer- The level of respect is so much higher. They seem to duck out a little quicker here but it seems totally justified and the sharks are absolute class acts at the end of the negotiation.

    • @css145hs

I enjoy the show, but they definitely do contingent deals. All the deals are implicitly contingent on due diligence after shark tank. In the 2017 AUS season 27 deals were made in the tank, but only 4 actually closed.

I have 2-3 chronically ill children and at least 1 neurodivergent child, and their pitch has me really wishing there was somewhere near where I live my kids could go. I worry about prescribed diet being followed anywhere, much less any other required support. How will they manage checking blood pressure and blood sugar on a 1year old, especially without hurting or even traumatizing my young children? I have a year worth of practice and I struggle getting a good blood pressure read. Theres a reason peditrician offices don't take blood pressure readings. So how am I to believe a day care can? So then we factor in a young child's service animal. Then they don't need to take blood pressure and blood sugar, but they have to in some way care for the animal, without treating the animal like a pet, because while at school, the dog is in work mode.
Ive half a mind to reach out to them and ask them how they feel spreading to this area of my country.

    • @justinstevenson2061
      @justinstevenson2061 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

I can see the perspective your coming from, but it’s probably that your looking at this from your own emotional standpoint.
Whether autistic or not, diet can affect your mood period. So then with autism and the challenges it does for sure present, bettering your food quality will improve mood, which can be enough of a step forward to help you then be able to manage better and possibly then make some other steps of improvement once feeling in a better state.
Again diet can help or hinder anyone, then adding the autism factor adds to that even more.
Yes spending time with your kids of course is a great help, autistic or not.
But again maybe as the parent your able to help your autistic child even more when their mood is improved by diet.

I'm not convinced by the weed killer product. It's easier and more eco friendly to yank them out. You don't want to be on your knees, selecting a leaf, clicking and repeating for each and every plant.

Are you not on your knees pulling out the weeds? Oh wait I guess you could bend down and pull them out😂 same shit bro, the time to prick is the same time to pull but this time you won’t be pulling dirt out and make a mess of things, it seems this is more targeted towards passionate gardeners, those who don’t mind taking the time to perfect theirs. Not directed towards those who could care less if they pull up the dirt or cause collateral damage to the other organisms, grass/bugs etc’s

@@potatoloaf9129 LOL. i see your point and concede that some peops will like it and buy the gadget. I still think that in practice having to pinpoint the device's jaws to one leaf, one plant at a time would drive some owners to soon chuck the item in the draw to gather dust.. or be eaten by the family dog.

@@deanVetUk oh for sure I can entirely see your point, sorry if I was tad bit rude in my last comment as well. You are very right as well, it’s not a product the majority of people would use because yea it probably would drive you crazy to have to be so precise😂 I know it would me at least. Have a beautiful day Mr. Dean :) byyye

By pulling your weeds, you sometimes leave small roots to regrow and if you ensure theres no roots then its a way tougher job than pinching a leaf

question for the sharks, what percentage of the companies you invest in on this show end up being successful? you guys talk a huge game about what you can bring to these companies and ask for huge portions of the value, curious to know if you are effective, or just spouting nonsense and asking for more than your own money is worth. : )

They’re very effective id say in companies that are worth it us sharks literally many many times start off and make the company millions and sell out the product within days if starting especially Lori
