I get what you mean, but this is by no means free. It's sponsored by Ironlak. I agree 100% about TV being more or less boring, but it took a lot of work, effort, and most of all money to bring this talent together--from the video editing to the painters. Television broadcasting is a dying industry, but my point about this is that nothing is free. You paid for the internet and the medium--be it a computer or phone. Just like the painters got paid, to put on a performance. This is essentially an advertisement. I dont mean to be so uppity, as this one random comment won't come close to sway you, I just dislike the misuse of diction.

"We were talking about how impossible it would be to find any location suitable in Brisbane, and someone mentioned this particular building which had been abandoned for several years, but was way too heavily patrolled to paint. So I made a few calls, and 2 days later we had permission to use it as a set for what would become Limitless."

Graffiti has always been understood, Tagging has not, you know that real shit oneliner stuff people do with pilots and shit.
tyreelol How do you think these artists started? Each and every one of them did tags in their begining.. You dont just come up to a wall and make a masterpiece on your first try. It takes years.. And it starts with a tag. A good tag requieres a lot of skill and everybody started with that..
I don't think graffiti is misunderstood. People just don't want to have art of random quality all over their property.

for a company like that 10.000 is nothing. look 11.000.000 views is a huge promotion for them. others pay way more to get on tv and get less viewers.
They also had to pay for the building and the artists though

Really cool. Would've been more impressive if there were more paintings and less tags though. Like most grafitti artists, they are far too focused on doing variations on the same kind of typography over and over. Despite loads of variations they all basically originate from the same style - big, bold and colorful. Gets old fast.
The paintings are awesome though.. Would like to see more paintings and less tags on the streets in general.
