The power of compounding will do the rest for you, brother. I personally have a goal of 20% a week so that'd be 80% a month. To some people that isn't a lot, to others, it's not an easy target to reach. So find what suits you and be disciplined when you reach your target I.E no trading till the next week/month. I wish you the best of luck on your journey.

That's true. Plenty of times, I got out of a trade because the dollar amount showed me red. I never got out because the chart tells me I got out because of the dollar amounts. Once I stopped focusing well today is the first time doing it. I am not scared and just jumping in and out. Now im consistent.
I think lot of people misunderstand. You take $6,000 and use it over and over. You only risked that $6,000. With one trade you do not create $389,000 from $6,000. No 61X regular trade.
You also need to take into account long term win % on your trades. For example, you can still be profitable using a 0.5R if you win 75%+ of your trades. All depends on your trading style and what you find your edge to be.

@@jeroennnn he just can fake anything. when you had not a big loss you could fake you had used a small SL but had a much bigger. he often talks about facts that are not true. i dont know why he dont learn first and then talk and why he really dont see his mistakes in what he talk (its easy topics, no computer since). but when it works for him, all is fine. you can even with wrong facts win, when you concentrate on what you do , so your wrong facts has no influence. he should for sure not teach before speak more truth or gets deeper knowledge. i dont know why people who interview him not tell him his mistakes and question about.

The larger the R multiple the lower the win percentage. Ultimately you want atleast a 1:1.5 risk to reward so if you do lose multiple trades you're always in the green.
My good man there's a catch though... If you trail your stops your Risk Multiple shoots down, if you're not trailing stops your Win Rate shoots down and your loss rate shoots up. If you set and forget - near wins turn to losses. I like your advice but after almost 5 years in the game I cannot help but solely focus on the account size for the sake of my sanity. It's a mind game after all.
Set your stop loss realy tight below your open position. Trade with millions of dollars so you can take 2% profit while only risking a tiny amount. A lot of traders do a 1:2 risk to reward ratio. This guy does like a 0.01:2 risk to reward. That way he can make a few hundred thousand from his multimillion trading account while only risking a few thousand. Giving him a high R multiple.

My tradezella doesn’t pick up where I put the stop loss, is a pain in the A, it does not know how much im risking. Imagine having to put stop loss manually on forex pairs each time. The reason im paying this much is to simplify things and save time
I think, you should balance the scale of both win rate (accuracy) and R no (reward to risk ratio) in the right way. Usually higher the win rate lesser the R and vice versa. Anyways you will need atleast 1.5+ R as win rate can't be higher than 70, to at least get profits after tax deductions.
@@brandonramos8219 Yeah Sure, why not. Lets say you are doing intraday trading in lakhs range. Average tax charge debited from your P/L would be around 25 percent. Lets say you trade with 1 R and 60 - 70 percent win rate. For example, if you are risking 10 rs per trade and if you managed to win 7 out of 10 trades. In that case, total profit - total loss including tax would be = 7*7.5 - 3*12.5 = 15. So the point is, even with your highest win rate, you would be barely above break even zone, so if you want some decent profits, you must have atleast 1.5+ R in your trades. Plus, as we know, we need at least a sample size of 100 trades for our edge to get close to our estimated win rate.
Another thing that matters very much is equity max drawdowns statistic as used by propfirms and it’s very disappointing that it’s not there. It doesn’t even exist within tradezella, support ticket isn’t helping! For every propfirm traders sake, how hard can it be to just add this simple statistic … honestly
In my personal opinion risk reward is an important number only when it’s linked to the win rate of the strategy you are adopting. Having a RR of 1:2 with a win rate of 10% it’s for sure not profitable 🎉

Your ROI is important. Count everything in ROI. Risk to reward as well. 1% Of your balance to make 10% ROI is great. The higher the risk the higher the ROI should be. If you are about to risk 10-20% of your balance, the ROI you potentially do should be like >150% Like if I have 1000 and i risk 200 I will wait till I make at least 2000. He is simply referring to risk reward ratio but it depends on what your balance is. It is misleading to only think about your risk to reward ratio. ROI is much superior to know how well you are doing 2to1 risk can be: I risk 10$ to get 20$ having 1000$ but it also can be: I risk 500$ to make 1000$ having 1000$ Wich is still 2to1 but it is very bad. You are risking 50% to make 100% Where in a first example you risk 1% to make 2% ROI. Wich is also bad.😅 What Im saying is count everything in % And look at how much ROI you do. And now let that sink in: only having 1000$ and doing 5-10% ROI every day (compounding) will make you millions in less then a year.

You need to incorporate your win ratio in with that to come up with your R Multiple.
You're risk should never be higher than reward UNLESS your win rate is 90%+.
