This is 100% true. I find the only way for me to not feel this way is planning on my trade ahead of time. Even doing this sometimes I *ucked up on my entry and exits. When you feel like the market is always against you, thats how I feel with every trade. The market psychologically breaks you down.
That is exactly how I became profitable. My strategy wasn’t the problem. It was my reaction do to my emotions, and denial to be wrong. Reflecting and learning how to be the person reacting at that moment when it is necessary is what changes the whole game
Have a playbook that you are confident of; know what you are looking for/how you react. In short, don't give analysis paralysis - lessen the decisions you've to make. All this comes with proper preparation.

I think you have to just practice it long enough that you get used to losing money. Of course when you are learning you are having the smallest size possible, and by practcing over a long period of time you slowly bridge the gap
