Hate to say this because that was class 👌. But, for me, the first bbb was the best by far, can't beat the stripped back no nonsense bbb1 which was just about riding the wheels off two old legends of bikes. But that's just me lol.
They've gotta shake it up & all the BBB's are great, but I'm with you on that one. I love turn of the century sportsbikes, no doubt modern tackle is better in most ways but they are cheap & fun, because there is nothing between you and the controls. I don't want anything on my bike I don't understand because I'm a dinosaur.
Studded tyres are meant for ice - i experienced using them in Iceland. For snow you need snow tyres.....but for that depth i don't think anything but snow chains would work.
Depends on the kind of snow. Snow on ski slopes often gets quite icelike and granular from repeated daytime melting and nighttime re-freezing. At least it does that in the northern Appalachians - not sure about the Alps.
The next Budget Bike Battle should be a roadtrip across Norway to Nordkapp (Northest point in Europe). The route is filled with mountains and astonishing views!
I like the swearing dialogue when skiing... just how I do it... Fing hell, sh*te.... and repeat.... its also a speed sensitive phrase... the fast you go the quicker you repeat!

I'll be hitting up BOTB right now and my bike will be wearing Bridgeys when its next due. Cheers to the sponsors for making this content happen coz I love it. Cheers from NZ lads
Just loved it all the way. Huge respect for not giving up and adapting whatever came in your ways. Actually rather inspiring the way you lot made the best possible out of the circumstances. Love the positivity (on camera)! Keep it up, you lads deserve a shit ton more attention!
I've had an old 97 bandit for years and I've always liked it, I think it would have been more enjoyable for you without the towering wheelie bin and disco lights.
For your next adventure, can you please try and ride a "budget Chinese 125" to Russia or something daft? Sorry but you guys suffering is hilarious 😂😂😂😂😂
These programs are epic why are they not on tv they r that good beats too gear. Thank you to the team all of them are epic adventures, would love to see u in Mongolia or Africa on adventure bikes
After watching all the budget bike battle series it's after inspiring me to get back on 2 wheels after more then 10 years off. I always thought I decent spin was a hour or two down the road but now I can't wait to drive around Europe after the lock down
Absolutely love this, I've stayed in that akena hotel,, skied in Ischgl, even had a puncture fixed by that garage Zangerl in the summer, so awesome to see this place from another perspective
Loved the whole series, can totally relate to how scary riding road bikes on street tyres on snow is, had to drive 12 miles in 6 inch deep snow on my 600 diversion a couple years back over the hills on the south downs.... literally could not ride the bike faster then 20mph in a straight line, and ANY touch of the brakes and you're off
From OZ you guys are a crack. Love all your episodes. Budget bike battles are amazing. Not all trips are beer and skittles but the tough ones you remember for a lifetime. Can't wait for your next challenge 👍👍. Great viewing guys
What you need on winter roads like that is something no bigger than a 250cc single 4 stroke. Just saying this as someone who rode 20 winters in the north east in all weathers. But hey you guys have big balls for braving the trip for us!
Loved this chaps. My two favourite things to do, motorcycling and Skiing. The Ischgl tourist board are amazing, massive respect to them. Never been but just may now for a late season sesh. Skiing in motorcycle helmets😂 I can't imagine how hot that was.
I like what you guys are trying to do on this channel, a motorbike show with a similar style as The Grand Tour or Top Gear. Brilliant idea and honestly not sure why a more major TV channel hasn't started doing the same thing. Or maybe someone is and I just don't know about it. Anyways, just a couple personal opinions of mine that I think would improve things. Get Gary (I think that was his name, the guy on the KTM) trained to use a drone and get more shots of you guys riding through scenic roads. I know due to mechanicals and hangovers you were unable to take your primary scenic route, which by the way I think would've significantly improved the quality of this series and I'm sure you probably agree. I'm guessing, like myself, you have other obligations that kept you from taking longer than what you had planned... I get it. But I still think it would've elevated this series to the next level taking that scenic route and getting some cool moving drone shots along the way. The talking parts at the end seemed a bit dragged out (maybe because of the beers lol). Considering your setbacks it was all in all entertaining and I look forward to watching your next "adventure" series. Cheers from a subscriber in Seattle, WA!

Fantastic BBB, once again. Thanks to you both for all your hard work and effort in producing such an enjoyable series 👍 I’m a big fan of endurance rides.
