I just want to say thank you for such a great recipe! I was looking for a vegetable lasagna recipes and went through many of them. Yours was the most interesting in my opinion. So I made it. It was a first lasagna I've ever made and everyone enjoyed it. I just added onions and substituted mushrooms with an eggplant. It was definitely a recipe to use again! Thanks alot❤

Hi, you can add spinach, cook and remove from pan, then add mushrooms, sauce etc. It’s a good idea to save a step 😀 It’s best to mix Ricotta with spinach so you taste the spinach. It’ll get lost in the sauce.
so ive prepped it took so long that i had a sandwich while doing so lol, gonna cook it tomorrow, its in the fridge over night , i did nt get as many layers as the recipe, maybe i went too thick ,we will see tomorrow , im sure its gonna be fab. served with ? any suggestions
