Hi, you can add spinach, cook and remove from pan, then add mushrooms, sauce etc. It’s a good idea to save a step 😀 It’s best to mix Ricotta with spinach so you taste the spinach. It’ll get lost in the sauce.

Egg substitute
Hi, you can omit the egg or replace it with 2 tablespoons heavy cream. Enjoy 😀
Egg isn’t vegetarian
Hi, many vegetarians eat unfertilized eggs. You can omit the egg in this recipe if you wish or replace it with 2 tablespoons heavy cream. Enjoy!
@@AnitaCooks Thanks!

vegetarians can have eggs i do believe. vegans wouldnt
I'm vegetarian and I eat eggs. Maybe I'm wrong but I think it's Vegans who don't eat eggs
This is vegetarian, they eat dairy and eggs, I’m vegan, so I make lasagnes without egg or dairy, I substitute any dairy with plant based….
Brother, Vegetarians can eat eggs 💀
