This "tipper wagon" here in the US is called a side dump ore tram in mines. Also there are end dump trams as well. I know, used to be a hand trammer in a gold mine in the early 60's in Southern Idaho
I'd feel very confident riding one of those carts if it was being driven by yer man in the green shirt. He's got EXACTLY the kind of beard you'd expect for an old-timey minecart operator.
