I setup my family to live a long time, I grow my own veggetables and fruit trees. We live in the heart of Houston Texas. After many research, the longevity is related to foods you eat, eat real foods. Live a simple life, don't need to be stress with money and live below your mean. If you try to impress others with expensive clothes and material things, you stress yourself to dead. Life should be simple. Don't go out and eat just simply you want to. Relax with a relax mindset, forgive and forget. Don't put the unhappy mindset within you. If someone makes you mad, just forget and forgive. Make simple excercise, simply walk around your neighborhood half an hour after meal or simply a walk and talk with family. You can have a lot of talk while you walk and talk. Spend at least 15 minutes in the early morning to take care your garden. That way you can get free sun bath and at the same time free Vitamin D.

Gerontology is quite awesome! It is incredible to believe that in Russia some of them could live up to 168 years old!

My grandmother was born in 1924 and died just last year. All of my family live way over 90 and into their 100. But causes are genetics and other than that depending on so many factors. Scientists tend to look at this OR that, but most things are multifactorial.

I saw a Honda super cub at timestamp 25:35 I have one of those mine is bigger than the one depicted though I have a 20 2025 cc that one is one of the smaller ones but still cool so where I live the Honda super covers are quite rare but they’re coming over there and for good reason, very efficient and they’re awesome and super fun

Centenarians are getting to be many. It would be nice to have lots of them in the Philippines also.

Well, the reason that there’s so many old cars in Cuba is not because they have massively skilled mechanics that are somehow so much better than all the other mechanics and the rest of the world. The reason there’s so many old cars and the reason they’re still running today is because they literally had no choice. It was either keep your car running or don’t have a car Because the US band the importation of new cars so they had to work with what they had and that’s that if they didn’t have to it would not be so many cars on the road over there.

I'm interested in this topic, but this video is not very useful. The translation from Japanese to English is often wrong or incomplete. In other words, whoever wrote the English scrip mistranslated what the people were saying, added words that words/ideas that were never expressed, or simply left out what was actually said. Why? Very suspect.
