His damage is lower in the Abbys because it's not electro damage that is boosted on floor 12, it's just when you trigger electrocharged for anyone that's interested

After Benny and Kazuha , If you use Sara's Skill and Then spam her burst and immidiatly switch to Raiden , You will get the sara's elemental skill buff on Raiden and the rotation looks alot smoother

Yeah the electro goblet would be better cause you're already getting so much attack from Bennett and Kujou Sara, but since your attack goblet sub stats are better, it'll produce higher numbers.
It has been proven that ATK% and Electro% cups are very similar, it all depends on the substats. He doesn't have a high enough ATK to have diminishing returns from Bennett and Sara's buff. If he had EL at R5 or something and 2800 base attack, then that would have been an issue.
Also, he already has 60-70% Electro damage bonus from ER, so the Electro cup is also suffering from diminishing returns.
Basically use ER% Sands all the time and choose the better substats for your cup, ATK% or Electro doesn't matter
Since the Catch gives you alot of dmg bonus through it's ER and Passive atk% goblet is better
While Homa gives you a lot of Atk% from its passive so DMG bonus goblet is better with it
@@Gennosuke1983 well i use an attack sands and goblet because i get higher numbers and with all the buffs there is only 1 k dmg difference and also i have 250% er.
@@Gennosuke1983 Only Em suffers from diminishing returns. All other stats add a considerable amount of damage to your character. Diminishing returns isn’t the right term to be used here.
@@hmmmm8653 Well you already have 250% ER without the timepiece, so it works for you. Adding the timepiece gets you over 300% so that would be a waste. The idea is to have around 250% ER. 2100-2200 ATK, 60-70% CR and 130-150% CD, just because of how the damage is calculated. Most people won't have 20% ER substats like you probably do, so 99% of people will use ER% Timepiece and get to around 250%
When he has a better raiden after only having her for a week vs. me still grinding for her after half a year of having her.

@@MTashed I totally agreed. Raidenational c0 is my strongest team getting c2-3 is a waste especially when you can get 2 newer unit. I stopped using her outside of abyss as well, my honeymoon phase with new characters only last 1-3 months then it get stale.
As a Raiden owner sinse Day 1 of her release it makes me so happy that Mtashed is finally experiencing the greatest unit in the game.

The initial hit is just half of the full ult damage, my auto attacks go upto 30 to 50k each hit, and she has one of the fastest attack speed in game.
With the optimal combo you have the initial hit then 16 hit in aoe

I started playing again in late July last year so yeah, 8 months of actually learning the game and exploring. Since November I started actually building some chars correctly and understood what to do, but still haven't crowned a single character, that's the reason for all the crowns 🤣

What also makes her good, is that she's the only reliable nuker that can constantly nuke because of how she charges her and others burst. This just sets you up for a nice smooth rotation most of the time.
An electro goblet is ideal with Bennett + Sara because at that point the ATK increase from an artifact is actually quite small.
The dogs have negative electro resistance, just so everyone know. Thats why he is hitting so hard.
Since he got Raiden Shogun all of his recent thumbnails are like purple, can't wait to see all of em being blue with Ayato's release 😂

To clear up the goblet thing:
If u r using atk buffers like Bennett and sara, electro goblet is better. If not, then atk goblet is better
how about ER sands or Attack sands, im using engulfing btw, im currently using attack sands and goblet, i have 247 ER

Its not just the initial burst, the normal attacks in her burst form deal insane dmg very high atk speed and ridiculous range and aoe.

I think you need 267% ER on shogun to get the most energy recovery since her passive provides .6% recovery per ER above 100%. that way she should recover 5 energy per hit and effectively 25 energy per Q (in the worst case scenario) + some energy enemies release as orbs. You can hit as hard as you want with different setups but the best thing raiden provides (besides her juicy slash) is smooth rotations with little to no energy recovery downtime on supports
The reason why your damage is lower in the abyss because you start with 0 resolve stacks, and you can’t get it to full with 3 bursts, unless you have her c1.
(especially with bennet and kazuha, they have 60 burst)

His damage is actually higher bc the Electro Riftwolves have -40% electro res when hit by electro.
Resolve stacks are irrelevant in the spiral abyss, bc you just do the usual rotation without paying attention to them.
@@saltyegg104 Nope 60. If he did Sara's burst twice he'd have nearly full stacks (56) but with one full rotation he only gets 40 stacks.

Michael, the burst dmg multiplier on her elemental skill is at it's max at lvl 9. Crowing seems pretty useless here since she would only get a couple percentages on the dmg which isn't really that high and not even her main dmg source. I would say save that crown for another dps 👍

if your initial slash is 300k, your normal/charge attack will be 30k-50k during the burst 7 second.

i know this video is kinda old by now but I didn't see anyone else saying this in chat so here's my suggestion: maybe if you didn't use Sara at last and used someone else maybe you would've get that little bit of Elemental Mastery boost, i know it might not be that much but still could make a difference
ER weapon is best option for her imo. you can get higher damage with homa or WF. But she needs her burst to be 100% uptime to maintain her dps. If you can maintain her burst 100% uptime with homa/WF, use it. But if you can't, ER weapon is far more reliable.
Edit: electro goblet is only better for hypercarry raiden, because bennett and sara gives atk buff. Other than hypercarry raiden team, atk% goblet is generally better.

Only level up characters you use bro. I have the same amount of books because I don't level up every character and the all the ones I use are level 90 (Eula, Raiden, Sucrose, Zhongli, Xiangling, Xingqiu, Bennett, Beidou, Fischl, Diona, Mona, Lisa, and Rosaria)

Yo Mtashed, she’s hitting weaked because she needs to have her gauge filled out after everyone uses their elemental bursts to maximise dmg (which is why she always needs to be the last to use her burst in the rotation). Dmg difference is massive depending on how full it is.
Resolve can't be stacked very high without c1 anyways. And even a max resolve isn't much damage difference

atk + electro is better for nuking, er + atk is good dmg but more support capabilities.
atk sands and electro gob will be better if u can get recommended ER value. u have catch so itll be easier to get 200 ish ER. just need to ask mihoyo for some good new artifacts lol

Electro goblet is better with engulfing, atk% is better with the catch
In national, attk is slightly better or similar to electro but in hyper electro goblet will always be better coz you are getting like almost +2000 attk from bennett + sara +NO so extra attk kinda loses its value. I personally like playing hyper more so i run electro..

mtashed did you know you raiden damage gets higher if your chakra stacks are more?
so you need to make sure your stacks are full when your bursting with her
40 cost burst gives her 7 stacks
80 burst gives her 14 stacks
also her burst grants her chakra stacks as well
and different particles and orbs with CD gives her stacks too
so make sure ur chakra is full when you are bursting to see the maximum damage
It's 0,2 stacks per burst energy so from 40 you would get 8 stacks and from 80 you would get 16 stacks

I got that c2 raiden. She not even built just running around with a fav lance and so strong. Newish player and love my itto and raiden main dps teams. kazuha my next snipe. I got itto, c4 gorou,c0 zhongli with c1 mona and atm c2 raiden,C5 Benny,c6 Xingqiu and c6 Sara

Mtashed, here is what you could you do to maximise raider burst
There is a site called genshin optimizer. use an application to scan ur inventory of artifacts, add all of your teams buffs and then it will give you the combination of artifacts for MAXIMUM SLASH
I think that goes to show how good the catch is for F2P, does slightly better than a R1 Homs!!!!!!

You absolutely don’t need C2, but it makes filling her bar thing way easier so you do max damage more often. It’s just - you don’t need max damage to do anything in the game.
Isnt C1 her filling her bar faster and c2 the def down constellation(which is nuts)

At level 8, Raidens skill only increases in damage. She doesn't get any more burst bonus damage. So maybe you don't really want to crown it. I crowned her burst but not her skill.

I think electro goblet is better when you have Bennett and Sara due to diminishing returns on an attack goblet stacking too much of it. Regardless, both are pretty similar in terms of dmg, it’s all the sub stats really
Staff of Homa is better for Xiangling on a Raiden team because Raiden helps her get her energy back quicker anyway. Plus, while Staff of Homa hits harder, the catch is more consistent thanks to the extra crit, and allows you to build for more Atk than ER.

The Electro Riftwolves have -40% electro res when hit by electro, so I don't think this is a good damage test.
A more accurate test would be against enemies with standard 10% res, and no domain buffs ofc.
did you use ER sands or ATK sands? her second passive gives her electro DMG bonus so i think ATK goblet is better too..
