- This video is about Aftermarket H3 LED with 20 Cree SMD chips 5 watts each ( 20*5) 100 watts per bulb, 6000k with 1800 Lumens Per Light, Light Angel: 360 degrees.
The product has the quality for its price, The PMMA Lens are to be fixed ( aligned ) properly. Inside reflector are not mirror polished.
Pros:
This H3 LED Bulb produce GOOD amount of light all around, Produce less heat in operation. To be used in Reflector type housing Only.
Cons:
100% Not for projector. This H3 LED is Very Big in size when compared to halogen H3 with 55 watts bulb. In Reflector FOG lamp still need lot of space as it is a fog lamp ( most of them are very small in size) Be sure to measure the inside space of the fog lamp.

halogen reflectors are designed for halogen bulbs, replacing side light/ indicator bulbs with led's is fine, but the spread of light from an led in halogen designed reflector could cause a major problem to other road users

You guys know this is for Fog lights and there not as bright as Headlights even if they are LED's
@@Filmpilot you are correct, but heres the deal. Anytime you replace halogens bulbs with leds you need to adjust the headlights. This is a fact.

Look like 23 units of 5050 smd led, can you measure the current of the LED to comfirm the actual watts. To get 100watts you need 100/6=16watts of LED ~ 1.3A of current.
I've seen more compact h3 led's, this one would be useless for me though as I want to install in spotties mounted on the roo bar. (My spotties are fairly shallow)
This bulb didn't fit your fog light housing, so what's the point?

Are these noticeably brighter than the 80w applications with the led chips mounted on the sides and top of bulb.

Can't you tell from the listing pictures that the chips are only for decorative use? You can see from the pics if the led chips are worth it...

But at the end of the video there is a yellow light that should be halogen bulb and it looks brighter than the led bulb
Yes because it was focused by the projecto. The He Led was kept inside the h4 reflector ( not focused )

My opinion is to try a smaller bulb, If you try to use this bulb, it will expand little bit when get heated and cannot be removed from the fog lamp..

Can it only be used for 12v or is it for 24v aswell??? Im looking for a replacement for our Firefighting Truck. At the moment there are 24v bulbs h3 with 70W. I want to change it to Led with white light... can you help me ???

Most of the LED bulbs support 12v or 24 volt, I checked one of my H4 in Mercedes Benz Truck with 24 volt supply, worked without any issue. Regarding this bulb, It is not much effective on road, I created video to show the false claim 100 watts by this LED bulb.
If you are using if for fun activities you can try this as they are cheap,
You like to test it in a FIRE FIGHTING TRUCK so kindly avoid this this LED bulb, There are lot's of GOOD H3 LED BULBS on the market, If you need any help in choosing the bulb, post the link of the bulb you are like to buy, I will give my opinion.

I'm having the same issue, trying to insert light in. what did you do to make them fit in? did you grind the housing? Then I have that piece inside headlight that will block the light to insert it all the way in.

I have not tested it in my vehicle, Because of its UN-SIZE (to big for my head light holder), This is a cheap chines make, so quality is always NOT GUARANTEED.

This bulb will ruin the beam pattern of any H3 lamp, resulting in dangerous glare. There is a reason that changing the light source, such as putting LED or HID into a halogen lamp, is against federal law (FMVSS108), and the sellers know this.

NO this led bulb will not fit in Celerio headlight, it has H4 bulb adapters, and this H3 LED is not bright it is very poor.
100w per bulb! Not so efficient, given 1800 lumens output.

This H3 LED BULB is good, Having Good Brightness. But it cant be used in a regular H3 projector as it is very big in size.

led's suck vs halogen. With leds you get a light that is bright and blinding but doesn't throw as far as a halogen. All you have is light pollution that blinds others and it doesn't help you see better or further.
YUP....Halogens have the capability of high throw and not cause glare to the oncoming person...these led are mostly for show cause of there colour temp and brighter....yellow colour is always more visible than white bright light which gets mostly absorbed....all in all halogen is the way to go
