    I'd advise you to lower the heat while cooking, I noticed you are burning your food quite a lot and those burned parts aren't healthy for you. I'd suggest cooking on lower temperature for a bit longer. Slow cooked food is also easier to digest. I noticed stews aren't very popular in US, definitely not as much as here in europe, but they are i fact a good way to eat vegetables without the problems you mentioned. For example green beans are a vegetable americans often just lightly saute in the pan, and you can make a green beans stew. If you are interested in some new recipes I am happy to share. Things eaten in most european cuisines use pretty much the same ingredients, they are just prepared differently. Nothing too crazy. So it may add some variety. just a suggestion, you don't have to listen to me of course :D Otherwise great video and very imaginative recipes for empty fridge days :)

      myflyingkidney That’s a good point and a good recommendation. I do love stews and soups. Most of the cooking I do is really quick because I’m making each meal for everyday. One thing... I do steam all my food. Even though I’m cooking in a pan, I add liquid to soften everything up. I should make some more soup though! I do enjoy it :)

    Awesome video, very informative! Serious question regarding digestion. How many times do you go to the bathroom per day with all that massive amount of food? Thank you very much

      Glad you liked it! I completely understand that question and am willing to answer haha. Usually 1-2 times. Sometimes 2-3 times.

    oh and a question- it seems to me you don't pack in the gym, have you ever had any looks, does it impact your dysphoria, is it worse when you pack?

      myflyingkidney I don’t pack in general. I find it actually makes me focus on that area more than when I don’t. I think about that in the gym more than anywhere because my lack of a “bulge” is noticeable in many lifting positions.... but, it’s just something that I put out of my mind. It’s no one’s business in there and it would be EXTREMELY weird if anyone asked me about it lol.

      Of course haha! I remember from long time ago when I was a teenager and went to the gym how people were commenting other people and their bodies. I was then still identifying as a female, a very awkward one of course. I remember it being very unpleasant. enough for me not to dare to go to gym since. It was a small gym though where everone knew each other, maybe if I try going to a bigger gym I'd mix with the crowd and no one would look at me. But you probably know all those struggles of a trans person in the gym :)

      @@myflyingkidney Honestly.... hardly anyone talks to me. It's natural to sort of look around at the gym and see what other people are doing but I never feel judged. I think a lot of it has to do with personal confidence and what is going on in your own mind. If I start to feel dysphoric or too in my head.... I take a moment and regroup myself. Making small talk with people helps, just a few words here and there. This is something I'm practicing right now to stop being so isolated and get over some of my social anxiety.

      @@rivereastwood2905 yeah, thatbsounds like a good way to slowly get you accustomed to chatting to people. Well I hope I'll get courage to go again some time soon :)
