I'm 58 years old and I've been trying to master the pull-ups. Only I can do is 2 strict pull-ups. Do you have some tips to give me? I don't know how many sets and reps to do every day. I want to start training calisthenics but I'm completely confused about the workouts,like which muscles to train and the exercises,etc... Sorry for my bad English. Thank you 👍👍 Cheers from Brasil 👍✌️

It is only now that I have stumbled upon your videos and I have to say I like the way you articulate the step by step increments of each exercise, breaking down the anatomy of all the moves have helped me tremendously.

Your last video to increase the pull up amout helped me alot today and yesterday for the MURPH! Just had a PR at 35 pullups today. I am trying to get to 50 before i go to MCRD San Diego for boot. Those tips you gave in the last video i believe I'll be able to train to meet that goal.

Yes I’ll be doing a video on how to improve strength. I think people got that confused with my last video on how to make them easier but there’s definitely a difference!! 💪
