Josh ive got an idea ive never played but that top tray on those like this, if you stack coins on top of whats there, that should give you coins to push those chips over the lip?? I believe the military payment is what was called script. Kind of like what was used in Viet Nam and it would change color periodically to deter counterfeiting. The change would happen in a quick way so soldiers we cautioned not to save them for later as they could become useless. Not repeated. Always a new script.

omg the horror of boot camp brought back- that five cent red chit is currency used in marine corps boot camp i know of but might be used in others too, you get the chits and then can shop at the com store for things ya need or want
