Love me some Clarksville I always thought it was pronounced “ker” not “car” but what do I know. I want to get a condo there eventually on the lake.
I bought a home just outskirts of town in the country. It is so peaceful and soothing. Having a little boat sure helps.

Kerr Lake/Buggs Island Lake area is beautiful but supports only people who are retired or building a second home. Everyone else is a hunter, fisher, or camper that comes and goes. The town needs more development and jobs...it's not growing.
