Thanks. I got confused because she'd used part of each ingredient in the meat mixture, then used "the rest" of each ingredient in the sauce. When she adds the roasted tomatoes from the foil, she says "the rest of the tomatoes," as if something tomatoes had already been used. Thanks for helping me to understand.
