Great mnemonic with the very quick slow. Why in the blazes do instructor's insist on making this pattern into post graduate level mathematics when they just need to do like you did and give a verbal way to envision the pattern. Thanks for this as one can move the words around to get the other patterns. Quick/slow/very etc.
