Good episode, overall. (Thanks for posting.) One of my favorite scenes starts shortly after 10:16 . Lucy is led to an already occupied jail cell, where she meets "Hard Head Hogan" (Iris Adrian) for the first time. There are several interactions involving the jailer ("Matron" character, played by Jody Gilbert) that I found entertaining. Several character actors from 1940s Hollywood films, well past their heyday years (when this show was filmed), make an appearance in this episode. In other words, they were given work to do -- thanks to Lucille Ball.
I Have This One On DVD That I've Had Since........... 3-18-2005........LUCY MEETS THE LAW (1967) Season: 5 Episode: 19............. When Lucy Is Taken To Jail She Thinks Its Because She Littered, But She's Really Been Mistaken For A Notorious Shoplifter.............. P.s & Thanks For Uploading This Video PizzaFlix :).............................
Yes ma'am you are coming home tomorrow morning and her mom has been sleeping all night and the rest are coming over for you are you coming home tomorrow
don't get me wrong "I love Lucy" (yes pun intended) in color but I prefer to watch my Lucy in black and white. that classic look just does something for me :)
Yes ma'am I'm going through the morning and her mom and I have plans with the girls are you guys going through the same thing as the girls and the girls
Once I was pulled by the police just like in this part. They said a guy my age and description driving the car (Model and color, perfectly rare by the way ) like mine is stealing bags left in cars. And I didn't have my drivers license nor any other identification with me, сause I left it home that very day. The way I escaped is perfectly anecdotal. I told them to check my bag for a magazine, and look on the page 15 for an article which in written by me and signed by my name)))) I had to dwell on the subject of the article before they released me. That worked.
Lucy had a successful career, yet she married to a douche that leeched off of her career. Her kids had it made for them, yet they couldn’t make it big because they didn’t have the talent. The only happiness Lucy got was when she married Gary, yet the public refuse to speak of him. Desi was a huge mistake. People need to realize what portrayed on camera was just an illusion. He stayed that long because he needed the fame.
Addicted to Lucy
My daily dose of laughter. ..😊
I was brought with Lucille Ball since I was a little girl I think she is so funny and I can watch the show's over and over again
She was simply the best. Even with the sound down. Her physical comedy & facial expressions were spot on.
*shows There's no apostrophe when you mean the plural of something: One show. Two shows.
