Thanks for this. The tray empty sensor you mention at 0:44 is critical. I screwed that up and for ever my printer has been telling me that tray 2 is open or empty. I got it back in the right place and the printer works like a dream again.

Thanks for the video, however, maybe next time invest in a tripod, available at Goodwill for about $3, so the camera doesn't jerk so much.

Try a tripod, or hold the camera still. The jerking around will give you a headache. Otherwise, good information.

I have a 2040 and it will print fine from the manual feed tray, but when I print from the tray I get a black page for output? any idea?

correct. Printing from manual feed tray works fine. printing from tray 2 outputs a blank page.
