A small amount of dawn after you empty it helps stick to the rest of the toner and just rinse it out. No need to cut.

After replacing the pickup roller and separation roller, the jam in tray 2 still occurs. I also cleaned the feed rollers near the transfer belt. I hear the pickup roller try twice, and it manages to bring the paper close to the following rollers near the transfer belt

I am getting jams alot. I tried cleaning the rollers. It looks like it jams just before fuser. Could a defective fuser cause jams?

Thank you for posting this video. I was fighting Windows and the HP drivers. Watched your video. Deleted the HP drivers and then installed the printer with the Windows driver and it works perfectly. Not bad for a $30 printer.

Great video. This helped me to rescue a 12-year-old HP CP2025. Repair place said too old to fix and should be replaced - other than beginning to jam, it is still a reliable workhorse. Something I did miss though was I could not get to the pick roller on the screen unless I reinstalled the toners. I have another CP2025 with the same symptoms and will replace its rollers tomorrow. $40.00 gets me two laser printers back in action. Thanks for the video.

Hello, I replaced the Jetdirect card on my HP 4000 and since , none of the 2 slots seem to be working. I tried to put back my previous jetdirect card that had been working perfectly (just slower than the new one) and it is not recognised by the printer anymore. The only mistake I seem to have made is that I hadn't unplugged the power cord though the printer was turned off. Any idea what I could do ? In case I damaged the female Jetdirect connector in the printer, do you know if that is hard to replace and where to find the part ? Thanks for any advice. Regards from Paris

Thank you for helping me get my toner setting straightened out. I have had a M602 (inherited) for several years and it seems I could never print a nice crisp black. Now, using the rough mode as the default, it does :)

Instead of replacing the rubbers I add small amount of gasket restore (oil car) and clean it ...it make the rubber work again .. Thank you

Very cool! Thanks. When it comes to the Solenoid, for me it was just fine to loose 2-3 of the clamps that keep the cables to together to get the job done. Didn't need to unplug it all the way. But now, after these fixes the printer is working rock solid! Thank you very much.

Dear colleagues, I have two HP Laserjet 4250N printers stored in my cellar for nearly 16 years now. I want to get them back into operation. The problem is that I once set a password to protect the configuration. In our days I can't remember the password once set any more. Due to the fact that I have to reconfigure the devices anyway because I have to adjust them to the current network configuration - is there a way to hard reset them back to the factory configuration to get rid of the passwords? Or can this only be solved in buying two new refurbished HP Formatter Boards for these printers?

Do these errors go along with paper jams? My paper is making it 1/2 way under the toner cartridge, and then jamming. I get a tray 2 jam error. Sometimes the paper under the cartridge gets fan folded. And the sheet behind it has to be pulled out. Is this the solenoid problem? I did a roller replacement, but that hasn't helped. Thanks
