I wanna transfer from Germany to Bulgary. I will apparently start from the 5th year although I have already finished the 5th year. I have a little kid and Iam married. My question is , is it possible to come over there only take exams and visit important lectures only or is it very strict controlling of attendance
lecturers don't provide you notes and you have to pay for everything little thing yourself like scrubs, scalpels,etc....seems they view international students as cash cows, just after your money ..
