6:28 IMO you seem to be going very light on the flux when soldering on the new chip. You should be able to lightly rest your tweezers on top of the chip and then push down (lightly) on the chip to flatten it out once the solder liquidizes. If you have plenty of flux then the chip should move into the correct alignment on its own. You can then give it a very light tap and it will "snap" back into place - that's how you know it's soldered correctly. I am by no means experienced in microsoldering so take my advice with a grain of salt.

Can I just ask about your hot air station would it still be best to get the more expensive model you have as I saw your reviews on these earlier
Hi thanks I appreciate that. I'm glad they can help, even the ones where I can't fix it lol. I still highly recommend the Atten station over the cheap one I have. That's not to say there aren't cheaper ones than the Atten that you could find that might do a good job, but the Atten does a very good job. If you're interested in doing newer consoles that have ticker boards you're going to need something capable of putting out a lot of heat. My cheap YiHUA couldn't do that reliably for me but the Atten does. Plus, if it's good enough for people far better at this than me, like Northridge Fix, Joey Does Tech, theCod3r, Louis Rossmann, then I think that's quite the endorsement. Check them out if you haven't, you'll learn way more, though they sometimes make it look too easy lol.

You’re missing a cap right above the encoder. In the middle of the lines that lead to the hdmi filters. 5:02 at the top of screen.

Did you try UART? The fact it goes to a white light, if it detects an error UART is the way to go.
