Are utility bills or address proofs must have for the accommodation ?
If your spouse will live with you in the current address before you move to your new place, then you should provide information based on the address you're currently in. You can include information about the new property too though and state in your cover letter that you are planning to move to a new property after he arrives in the UK. You can also add photos of the new space.

I'm applying for the uk spouse visa and in terms of the accommodation, me and my wife are planning to live with my dad who is currently is renting a property The documents I have available are: - letter from parent - my dad is the legal tenant of the property and he gived permission for my wife to live at the property, - tenancy agreement - my dad's council tax bill - water and gas utility bills - environmental inspection report This is enough to satisfy the accommodation requirements. I don't have a letter from the landlord since they are a housing association and they can't write letters granting permission for people to move into the property.

You can just ask your landlord to write a letter of recommendation and request that they include information regarding your landlord-tenant relationship being healthy and good

We will add a separate cover letter explaining the complexity of the how the cash savings have been held. So, as her spouse, should I just leave out the employment bit as this is not relevant? I'm applying with cash savings and employment. Both are very important since amount of cash savings required depends on salary. Not sure about anything else beyond that though

Your husband has to have employment in the UK to be able to sponsor you. Or if you have savings, that would work (£62,500 min). When i'm taking the screenshots of the whatsapp conversations, can i just screenshot 1 years worth of chats (conversations), is this acceptable or would the Home office expect me to submit 2.5 years worth of chats (conversations with my wife)?

Hello For the fiancé visa and the spouse visa we’ve been told that my name (not uk citizen) should be in the tenancy for the proof that we have to give that we’ve been living together so my boyfriend (UK citizen) asked his landlord and obviously he said no. So how can we proof that I’m living in his apartment if my name can’t be in the lease. Thanks

I don't know, I don't have experience with cash savings. I assume you should still show that your spouse is employed in the UK.

I rather not disclose that. As long as you meet the min requirement for annual pay then you're fine.

You can show your bills and council tax. If you live together, you have to have something with your name your home address.

I didn't use a lawyer and everything was fine. Applicants can write one too if they want.
