After some searches I found it's most Likely

From all the ones I found.
    I'm a beginner.
    Just trying to learn.

Very cool! I love all the videos on your channel. I just wanted to note that there are several species of acrid (peppery) milk caps, that can be narrowed down by the color the latex stains the gills. I believe L. piperatus has latex that does not stain, which is a marker for ID of this species in particular.

these dudes did not stain, but i have found very spicy and tight-packed-gilled mushrooms that stained yellow. The specifics is always a work in progress, thanks for sharing your info!

In which wood can you find it? Are you allowed to enter in them? Here in California all woods and hiking places are fenced so you can only walk on designated areas 😢

Since I am from USSR as I was born there and lived in Russian Federation and the Ukraine we call them “noble milkies” and I am pickling and curing with salt local varieties. If you ever organise a foray we can do a pot luck . Great video! Thank you for matching them!

The same name change thing is going on with plants, Asian/ European specie and genre are distinct from American types as in Junipers, wild cherries, stonecrops and Asters...

Lact. Piperatus is known for its medical properties (it's supposed to be good against cystitis and kidney stones). Do you know if Lactarius Controversus has the same properties? I collected some and ate them. They are quite bitter too in terms of taste, but still eatable.

Is it common for them to be kinda pungent? I believe I found some of these in Lewiston NY. I dehydrated a bunch to use in crafting :)

Is it known what makes it spicy, and for people who like spice, would it be beneficial in any way?

I am not sure what the chemical is. Some people do dry spicy mushrooms and use them, but not me because cayenne is easier and I have some concern it would hurt my belly. But I honestly don’t know enough about it to give a good answer

I find them in nice groupings. I love this description. I do believe they worked be useful in chemical warfare. I wish I'd known about them when I was a child and I needed to retaliate against my cousins for their pranks. 🤣

No need to ID it. Picked about 5 Kg. in one day. Coocked them and put them in the freezer. I disgusted with till I finished them. Whatever you do no matter which process you try they still dont taste good.
