  • This is an experiential 15 Minute IFS Guided Meditation to invite and embody Self. It is designed to help you experience connecting to Self, being in Self, or simply feel your purest sense of self away from all your feelings and thoughts. As a part of this meditation, you may also notice parts of your personality that you have not noticed or paid attention to before.
    Experience this meditation with headphones and an open heart. Embody the words that are being said as if they are coming from deep inside your own heart. Guided meditations like the one in this post help us connect to a source of inner wisdom and higher consciousness, we call Self. Once, we are in Self, we become more tuned to notice other parts of our personality within us.

    This was so powerful and so utterly overwhelming! I got in touch with my inner self and learned to accept all the parts of my being, especially those I used to deeply dislike in the past. They were all there for me to help me survive and preserve my inner being, and they let me go on top of the hill without arguing, as they were never there to restrict me; and they were still there for me when I came back - all of them. I felt grateful, and that made me so emotional, something that had not happened in a very long time. Thank you for this. It really did help me 💚

    I have been so blended with my fight part recently and I haven’t been able to successfully unblend. This helped me do so and I feel so much better. I notice my fight part has taken over me so easily and this practice has helped me deliberately disconnecting with my fight part(rage) to reconnect with Self, that way I know who I really am. I know my fight part is trying to help me, but it’s really just ruining my life with its behavior, words and emotions.

As you said, all of our parts are trying to help us but they may not realize there could be better ways to do so. But, when we open our hearts to them and listen to what they have to say, they may start seeing things more positively, become open to unburdening, and transform to take less emotionally intensive roles in our lives. We cannot give up on them because they did not give up on us, when we needed their protection. Blessings.🙏

    Wonderful! Before the meditation I was edgy with some irritation and depression. This meditation took me to a place of blissful centeredness which is still with me afterwards. Thank you!

    Just did the meditation in nature and I’m feeling very connected 😊 I discover 4 animals that represent my inner circle of existence:
    A cat 🐱- my sadness and worries
    A bird 🐦- my free spirit
    A deer 🦌- my little naive kid
    And A peacock 🦚 - my ego
    I want to know them more specifically in the future but for the first acquaintance I managed to become friends with them and also make them friends with themselves in my imagination 😊
    So I already feel much better 🎉 and happy

    This was so good. I had so much trouble connecting to my Self with other meditations. My parts seemed so all over the place. I felt like I had no sense of self. But this meditation helped me get the space I needed and the energy afterwards was so amazing. Thank you for making this.

    Thank you for this meditation. I found it difficult to clearly hear the words--audio recording seems to need equalization to lower the bass (lower) frequencies and boost mid to upper frequencies.
