it is professional site of TH-cam.
Helps immediately, something with awareness, don't say I happy now however like kind of relive. I did this type of meditation one time with my therapist's session with Claire Humphries and something after fallow, mean something with awareness, subconscious.
Thank you very much for your work

i have practices with guided meditation with Eckhart Tolle or Louise Kay, generally with background of non dualism to going through a day. Thank you for reading.

Thank you for sharing your insights. The key to all of these meditations is compassionate curiosity. Courage and openness to feelings that are present, to listen to them, and understand why they are there. Blessings.🙏

thank you. i do wish there was more silence in the parts where we are asking questions of our inner parts. often don’t have the time i wish for. otherwise, well done

Thanks Glenn. You have a good point. It's hard to hit the perfect time as our parts may need different times. I have been suggesting people to have the finger on the pause and pause the meditation to give the part enough time. It's easier to do that in my podcast audio only version. Thanks.🙏

i did this exact sequence with an IFS therapist and the situation is still not resolved. Still get angry and frustrated. The difference is here I didnt go through weeks of sessions and pay thousands of dollars.

Thanks for sharing. Anger and frustration are only a reaction to a feeling that needs to be understood. Try to notice what that feeling is next time when you find yourself frustrated or angry. Ask your anger and frustration to step out of you to give you space, then be curious about what you heard or what happened before you feel frustrated or angry. For example, did you feel dismissed by others, not heard, unfairly treated, not having a voice, etc. Once you understand the feeling behind the anger and frustration and find the part of you (usually an inner child or adolescence part of you) that has that feeling, you need to listen, validate, and help that part, so it restores its natural state in that age. Only when this part is healed and reassured, your anger and frustration can dial down and even transform. Blessings.🙏

    This was just exponential.
Connecting to the parts which have been supressed since ages.
Thank you so much for putting out the work!

      Hi Avion,
      Thanks for the response.
It would be a kind request if you put something on Numbbed parts and People Pleasing?
I haven't been able to connect the dots, it's possible?
And what is your advice with working on 1 on 1 basis ?

This is a nice meditation, but there really need to be more pauses abd moments of silence between statements.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. You are right. I keep that in mind in future meditations. In the mean time, the only way to extend the time is to pause the meditation, which is not ideal. Best Wishes.🙏
