I am just wondering when you say "your next dip to get what you want", do you mean you would not go for the first layer at all and just do the "scribbles" of paint instead? This is gorgeous,a bit like a peony with the leaf that covers the bud, stuck to the opened flower. I have Peonies outside of my door, it greets me in the mornings but they don't last long sadly.i love your art and look forward to it. Love Anne UK XXXXX

I loved your first one! It had beautiful petals, stem and leaves. I loved how the yellow popped up in the middle so perfectly. I think if you had stepped back for a minute or two you would have seen it too. The second one is gorgeous too. Love what you do!

Look at again month's later and see what your thinking is about it. It can be a good eye opener and reduce your stressing out and seeing possibilities instead. ---Dave...

I worked with children for years, all ages of children. Between substitute teaching, teaching and volunteering to read stories to children, I think I caught every virus going around lol. Towards the last half of my career, I was able to develop story and craft hour and then got to read stories and have fun! I suppose this is why I never truly grew up. Your florals are lovely. As a dear friend of mine would say, "The experience of creating in itself is what is important, not the end product." So, even if it isn’t exactly what you wanted, it has your creativity in it; therefore, it is beautiful.

First was lovely also but this one looks a lot like "chardon (french for thistle)" flower. lots of green and it goes with this tipe of flower. beautifull... will try.

Fiona Art My Arteza Metallic paints arrived already today! I am really surprised at how quickly they came. I am in the States though and they came in an Amazon bag, so they probably used their 2 day prime shipping. I opened a few to look at them and they are gorgeous paints!! No, I don't use silicone. I think that my primer reacts this way 😉
