The most satisfying collaborations--#surprisednotsurprised?--have been with a '53 blackguard Tele. Your restraint is every bit as thunderous as Roy's scenery-chewing shred. Such brilliant choices. I've listened to this beautiful tune 3 times today and it just sounded better and better, is this Kostal MDW guitar with birdeyes maple back and side? It sounds amazing in your hands!
IMHO Michael is all about feel rather than flash, and that shows nowhere better than in this interpretation. Between this acoustic version and Gary Moore's electric, we may have two renderings that may even surpass the original?!
