Also for me it was triggered by mold exposure and that seems to be very common - worth testing for if you're also still looking for the underlying cause

I have had ocd since my teens and have sufferd alot with poor work perfomance insomnia...etc now I am unemployed and applying for disability pay. I hope that many gp's that treat people with ocd see these videos. SSR'Is made me much worse for example.But thats the go to "Treatment" at the moment for gp's seeing ocd patients and I am convinced prescribing ssri's is not the correct way to treat ocd. Would you recommend the GAPS diet to help mitigate the inflammation?
Can Covid19 vaccination worsen the symptoms? It's neuroimmunological condition anyway & do we now how it hits p/p patients? 🤔 It's easy to understand that strep/infections/flu can worsen the p/p, but how about the vaccination as it hits patients immune system?

I'm an adult with PANS. The anxiety/OCD/intrusive thoughts are making me suicidal. I think it's caused by chronic infection. I don't know what to do 😔
