Reason for the price is in the ingredients, not as much the end product. You may look at the restaurant and think fast food, but fast food such as McDonalds spend less than a dollar on ingredients for a burger which would be exponentially more to make it at home. These restaurants use higher quality ingredients to make a burger that would probably cost them around ≈ 5 dollars to make and due to high shipping cost for better ingredients it's fair to ask for 10-15 dollars depending on combo. Now I imagine the price will go down after the opening due to them not needing to order as many ingredients and you could expect the combo to cost as low as 10-12 dollars
