Well, Ocelots are for people who just like to have a creature around as a companion. Not many people realize that you can befriend an ocelot. The same way you used to tame them. When the tameing hears pop up, the ocelot will not run from you and you can keep it around to scare away Creepers (I am not sure if they work on Phantoms too). So they basically have similar value to Foxes. Yes a fox can technically defend you, and an ocelot can't (via direct attack) but foxes are not that strong either and I doubt a lot of people keep foxes for other reason than to have them. They are not as strong as wolves/dogs. Also uhh... Donkeys wear chests too? :/
so here's the thing...it's cool that they have inventories, but i've now learned that donkeys do as well. so if anything, i'd say this lowers the mule's ranking, as i was giving it points for being the 'only mob that can carry items in its inventory' which i now know is incorrect. because this inventory mechanic isn't as unique as i thought, it's not as much of a buff for llamas and donkeys. i think i'd still put them in C tier, but a high C tier

I got to say, phantoms are my least favourite mob, I love staying awake at night in Minecraft but it’s so annoying when I’m up high working on a build and I hear that screech behind me. I have to get down so I don’t get smacked and fall to my death. Also I’ve never once interacted with their drops because I’ve never needed/wanted to. Useless, annoying and ugly mob imo. My favourite mob is definitely either the frog or villager.

actually, given this info, i'd probably put donkeys/mules in C tier, and llamas in B tier. their spitting mechanic is fun and goofy and i like it :)

Dogs should be at least B-tier since they can help you fight hostile mobs though.
Zombie and ender dragon are my favourite don’t forget your cool and amazing these guys are my favourite I bet it’s good to put them in S tier
