- I am so happy to say we are back with another diy target dollar spot simple project! How excited are you for these diy target dollar spot projects?!
Let me tell you when I saw these target dollar spot diys are was so happy! Like how adorable do they look?! The diy string kit and the terra cotta pot kit was too cute to not purchase them. And the best part they were only $3! I know right?! i was surprised myself because some times target marks their items kinda high up there but these two are affordable. So if you see these projects at target make sure to grab yourself one or two... or three lol
The diy string art kit was definitely not what I was expecting... honestly I don't even know what i was really expecting. I thought it was going to be a super fast and simple diy project. I mean it was... just a little time consuming.. You had to hammer in all those nails into the wooden sign. I was so not aware of that. I havent done any projects like that before where I hammer nails down and than start wrapping the strings around it. Hence the string art kit.But it was pretty tedious! Please be careful when hammering down the nails. I was pretty careful but I still ended up hitting my fingers a couple of times. Also! Dont hammer the nails all the way haha I totally did that a couple of times and it went through the other side of the sign.
OMG when I say I am so happy with my terra cotta pot it is an understatement. I am still shocked that it was only $3. It is super adorable and it is such a simple diy project! Everything is already done for you.... the only thing you have to really do is wrap the jute string all around the pot. Even the little tassels were premade! I love that! Not much extra work haha Unlike the sign where you had to like hammer in the nails. I am not the greatest at that either... my nails were a little crooked for sure. But they both still ended up look super cute!

I love super affordable DIYs! $3 is great. These turned out so cute. I've watched you make so many amazing pom pom tassels but it is super nice to find them pre-made. So many options with the string art. I miss Target in Canada!

Sausage fingers😂 I didn’t pick the string art kits up bc I bought all the other must have things (that are still hiding in bags) 😭but after seeing this video… I’m definitely going back to get the tassel kit. I agree, we can make it from DT products but I like the size and color of that pot. I’ve been to target everyday stalking them uniforms and my $1 spot has been pretty empty. The new release items are coming any days. I’m glad you posted this video. I just finished my rainbow craft kit and tassel keychain. Girl, I tried to stitch it and it took me forever. I should’ve busted out the hot glue gun. I want to make more of those so it was great practice bc they really are adorable. I’m definitely gonna make some more feathers and play with macrame when these kids get back to school next week! Thanks for sharing! I love watching you. You are too cute and just make me laugh! I love that both of these were only 3 dollars! I have to say if I had to pick one, it would definitely be the terra cotta pot. I love how it looks and just seemed easier to me. Plus it’s just so cute. “Sausage fingers” lol 😂 not true! The string art is nice but I will be getting the pot for sure!! Thanks for sharing 🤗❤️
Right?! I love that! Its not like its terrible quality either. And yes these sausage fingers just get in the way! Hammering in those nails were insanely hard lol! Thank you so much for the support

all the time & effort to get in those nails 🤯 i can’t believe how affordable the diy string kit & terracotta pot kit were!! gotta love target. the planter is super cute but idk what i would put in it since i can’t take care of plants 😭
those nails.... took me forever to finish up LOL and its also not very straight at all. But its okay you can't really tell. And target is my place! I love it
