Since PMD work this is quite; weird.. try to redownload pmxe and you need to unblock the .rar or .zip file when doing so. might also be an error caused by the lack of the japanese unicode in ur computer ? or try to run the program on windows 10 compatibility mode.. As for me, i've always been using the pmx 0.2.2.2_t1.1 translated by EosCustom3D
No, it's not packaged. I have a list of MMD program on my USB, it also worked fine on other PC's... I blame the update. This PMXE and PMDE is both English translated. Some of the MMD JP Mode works just the top of the address bar is malfunction [Checked MMD after turning it off and on again with JP text active it loads 99.99% fine. "Dept" is turned to "??" but that's all]. I need the newer one as it has bone morphs and stacked with proper display when tweaking bone Axis's orientations.
