I got everything installed works but I have no sound from CarPlay
The image looks a bit stretched vertical, can you set ti for better?
Have you any information how switch from Apple car play to default radio system ?

do you have to install the switch button that you supply? or can you use the back button already present on the machine?
As these guys do not reply, I will. The provide you with a switch button but in the case of Jeeps, you can also use the circle button behind left side of the steering wheel
Hi iv installed mine but pressing the button on wheel doesn’t switch back, I have to turn car off, wait 30 seconds then it goes back to jeep screen

Unfortunately for me it doesnt display anything after connecting the addon board it shows only white screen or some stripes i tried everything and checked all cables are tight but no use when u connect back the original setup its working fine …
How did you solve it?

my jeep grand cherokee's factory reverse camera does not turn on when I'm on the android auto screen.
Check the 8 pins in the device to make sure they are correctly alligned

How can i switch from CarPlay to normal radio?
Yes - I have ran into same issue cannot switch back to normal OEM Screen on Jeep Cherokee radio. I see the video description is for a Jeep Compass.

@@garrytweed9960 I love my Grand Cheeroke but without car play it's hard to all time put ipad on navigation instead of have it in default screen in car

More like this is the manufacture that creates the nifty city product, and Joyeauto is putting a nifty city sticker on it so they can sell it as their own.
the installation tutorial is simple, but does not provide detailed information, such as microphone cable routing and rear camera cable connection. I also contacted technical support several times, they were very superficial but did not provide technical information. good product with discreet commercial assistance, but they are absent in the specific technical assistance. a little disappointed.

“Plug and play” it’s is not. Not one mention from merge screens that I’d have to completely diss assemble the factory screen. Even after following this video, Product didn’t work, threw a code on my truck, and wasted my time and money. Customer service doesn’t answer the phone. Got played.
You got stolen from ! These guys are total jerks and lie to make a sale ! This is the type of business that makes China look bad . Mine had to get pulled as it interfered with my back up cam and poor sound .. Joyeauto just hid …
Do not buy from these thieves.
The product arrived within 15 days as promised, and it took me nearly two months to receive the product. After installing the product, the machine became hot and smoked, making it unusable. Moreover, the car’s systems were all messed up. The warning lights flickered, and the center console went black. Danger avoided.
But when I asked for a return, I was told that I need to bear the return fee. I had to pay the return fee, and then I had to wait for a long return process and slowly complain and review the platform, and I don’t know what problems will happen, merchants In this case, I am not willing to refund, and I am not willing to be responsible for the return fee.
This stupid thing costs $500. If you're going to spend that just get a whole new radio with a bigger display. But to pay $500 for something that lets you add two apps is ridiculous.

It is supposed to be the left circle button of the radio functions in the wheel
@@juanmanuelapat5160 I bought this and I have the same problem, they said you must install the Aux button that comes with the kit, except I don’t know where to connect it

I have used it with Jeep Cherokee 2014 and the steering wheel button did not work,. support asked me to use external button that comes with the kit to switch the platform but I was unable to connect it.
