That's the hardest part for most people that are highly into airsoft. I get that gel blasters aren't for everyone but most popular airsoft players clown on anyone that uses gel blasters. They each have their own good uses but Gel Blasters are still a great thing.

I recenly play airsoft since 2013, then my friend recomend try gel blasters.and we think gel blaster offer more fun, cheaper unit and gel ammo...most important thing we can full auto someone without hurting them 😂 this change out view about gel blaster and we play this more often than airsoft
I can tell by the refelction of the gels they are cheaper soft ones. They are slightly smaller then xshot hard orange gels. Those gels should put you at 160+ range Glow gels have the same problem and sometimes shoot less than 140 on a low power blaster.
I haven't noticed much of a difference in range when comparing the two types of gels. The ones in this video I used were brand new nerf gel fire ones which I’ve seen are almost identical to xshot ones, I could see the glow in the dark ones being different for obvious reasons though.
@oakleyentertainment nerf gels and xshot gels are not the same at all. O e easily bursts on contact, and the other not as easy. Your not going to see a difference in range because 10fps difference is only about 5 -10 feet. Over the chrono xshot gels have higher fps and have a better grouping in accuracy at a further distance. Glow shoot difference out of each blaster and need to be used in it first week of grow to get the best out of them. Why not make this into a video to see if any of this is true... X shot. Unlocks and the splatterball gells are all the same and have a dull finish. Everyother toy grade gel have a crystal look to them hubby grade are hard and dull.
Where are you doing indoor games at? I’ve always wanted to try to do one. Also the trigger response on the nightmare is a lot better if you haven’t already watched my review on that I highly recommend it

Yeah trigger response is not awesome but doesn't suck for fun little indoor games
