From my experience, the Yagee DGR BO9 and the Faction Havoc are pushing the highest FPS but I just ordered another blaster that could possibly have them both beat.

Yagee also sells a ton of other blasters but they're usually not their own brand. Yagee and I are discussing what models they want me to review.

@oakleyentertainment that's valid I like how it is limited edition and it was on sale for like 23 bucks last I checked

These blasters have a ton of problems straight from factory and there have been so many cases like that, I'd highly recommend returning it and not get any electric nerf blasters.
