I love the fact that the “Happy Place” hasn’t been vandalized or trashed. Very cool little find. The whole trip looked fun. I live in Arizona and would love to explore that area in my Jeep someday. Great video like always!!

Love seeing people enjoy the trails that I have ridden my entire life and still continue to ride till this day. Was actually out riding some of them last night but due to the recent rainfall some was not accessible.

If your want a trail bike trails I here the TAT (Tennessee adventure tour) would probably be a good place to start.
Since I subscribed your channel I am fire and flame for overlanding and bought a Gladiator myself und just outfitting it. Although the posibilities here in Europe are very restricted but there are some trails in the Nordic countries, Spain and of course eastern Europe. There are a lots of regulations in regards of what you can do with your car to keep it legal but I am trying 😂. Keep on going, awsome channel, thanks!
My wife and I are recent empty nesters. We made our first camping voyage out to a state park and we had a wonderful experience exploring areas,we had never been. Your adventures inspire us to keep exploring. Thank you!

i will be on KAT oct 11-13, maybe even longer. I have a buddy that lives sorta near Hazzard(40 ish miles north), we will ride in our Jeeps, with our ladys, our dogs, hoping for good trails and good times, cant get better that that....

Matt Im from eastern KY originally and once I retire from active duty I plan to move back there. Your channel has finally pushed me into ordering a 4 door bronco to start going on adventures like this! I would love to see an episode where you break down an average expense, (with gas, food) and everything else overlanding entails for full-time camping maybe on a monthly basis for us newly retired folks

My Ramcharger rewire isn’t done but we plan to visit Cumberland Falls in a couple weeks. Do some hiking. Looks like that section of the trail is 2wd friendly? We’ll be in my 2020 Ram Warlock 2wd.
Next year I’ll definitely be there to do the fun stuff in the Ramcharger. It’s on 35s, rear LSD and front Aussie Locker.

Wish i had known you would be at the falls. I woulda came there and said hey. The tallest waterfall in kentucky is about 20 miles from cumberland falls. Its called Yahoo falls

2023 and I’ve put 40,000 miles on it already and a vast majority off-road! Land Rovers should NEVER be mall crawlers. That’s a disgrace to all Land Rovers and makes them sad sad trucks. 😅

How far were y’all from Harlan?
Just curious. Does your grease,oils,petroleum not get in the natural streams/rivers? Do you think it affects the wildlife if it does?
For us personally we are using modern and well taken care of vehicles that don't have oil leaks. But people have been running these trails for as long as there have been vehicles to traverse them. I'm not aware of any wildlife endangerment because of it.

Do you have an idea on how long that a/c would run with 200ah battery bank?
That's what I have in the Gladiator. You're good for about 12 hours running constantly
