Had a buddy say he couldn't find the "Join" button I mention at 11:14. So if you are watching this on a phone, specifically an iPhone, TH-cam takes the Join button away in order to get out of paying Apple 30%. You can still access the button but you just have to click the direct link. I'll pin this comment in case any of you were curious about that. Become a member: th-cam.com/users/bakeroverlandjoin
Awesome storytelling, and cool edit. Unfortunate that old Jeep had to go back, but cool that someone helped him get it fixed back up. I’m up by the Big Piney in MO.
Great video man! Such a great trip! Just for the record, I didn’t spin a single tire going up the ledges so I’m not included in the “everyone struggled”🤣🤣🤣
@@BakerOverland 🤣🤣🤣🤣 you got me there. I’m my defense Ive drove right through that mud pit 20+ times no problem. It and the one next to it have kinda swapped places. It used to be the easiest way through🤣🤣
It’s funny that you mentioned 60 ft falls. Of all the trails in the Ozarks I’ve had worse luck on it than anywhere else. Still love it though. From front and rear bumper damage to broken TPMS sensors, to just overall weird mishaps. Still one of my favorites.
I have made the trek to Hanging Rock Hollow several times but not in my Jeep that is a rough trail definitely need a good winch. I enjoy the footage someday our paths will cross you may know my oldest son Moore Adventures but till then lets go Somewheretoday!
Yeah it makes a big difference you’re right. We all actually were aired down. I was at 18 most of the time. However, we had to air up and down frequently due to the mix of trails and pavement. So on some less technical trails I left mine aired up.
He had recently modified his suspension and something didn’t go back together right. I can’t remember the exact issue but I’ll see if I can get him to chime in.
The Lexus owner here :D It was an issue with the top hat, the washer/retainer on the bottom specifically. Not sure if it was install error on my part putting it back together or if it finally gave up the ghost. Id lean towards the first, but it had 3-400 miles on them before it happened and only happened once hitting some "bumps" on 1808 going to camp the first night. That being said $40 in parts and $65 spring compressor rental, had it all put back together correctly at camp, and ready to rock for 60ft Falls the next day!

Awesome man! You camping there now or are you just saying that’s where you live?
@@BakerOverland I live here in the Mark Twain National Forest and camp frequently. If you pass through this way, we should do some wheeling.

Ok ok but... I watched you struggle for 15 minutes to get out of the mud pit I crawled out of in 15 seconds in 2021. 🤣

You know I’m just playing. Yeah the hole on the right is way deeper now.

Very well done video! I'd love to wheel out there sometime. Nice seeing some HMOR ROCK-IT Rack action in there
Yeah man! Killer product.
Caleb man you killed it on this too! Looked like a great trip. I’d love to join y’all soon after some much needed repairs and maintenance
Thanks man. You are always welcome. Lmk when you're up and running and we'll go.
Looked like one heck of a time Caleb! Great video!
Dude it was. Really appreciate you watching!
That looks like a fun trip man! How cold was that water? It’s snowing here right now, so I can’t imagine getting into a river right now 😂
It hurt pretty bad but I had mud on me and had to do it. 🤣🥶
It doesn’t look like any of your group air downs their tires. It would make a very noticeable difference.
